FAQ
Common questions
What ages do you train?+
Pitchers ages 7–18. Younger players (7–10) focus on athletic foundations and basic throwing patterns. 10–13 is the development phase. 13+ shifts toward velocity, pitch development, and competition.
Where are sessions held?+
Pendleton, IN — facility details shared after booking. We can also coordinate at host facilities for organizations.
What does my pitcher need to bring?+
Glove, cleats or turfs, water, and a baseball cap. We provide plyo balls, bands, and bullpen baseballs.
How often should we book?+
Once a week is the sweet spot for most youth pitchers. Twice a week works for serious high-school-age players in season.
Do you give a free intro?+
Yes — a free 15-minute call to talk about your pitcher, set expectations, and decide if we're the right fit before booking.
